FLO - Finance Ledger Operations | Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Spear One Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with FLO - Finance Ledger Operations ("FLO," "the App"), a private, internally-used application that connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's Developer Platform.
FLO is not distributed publicly or offered to third-party businesses. It is built and operated solely for Spear One Solutions LLC's own internal accounting and financial-operations use, connected to our own QuickBooks Online company file(s) under our own Intuit developer credentials.
When connected to QuickBooks Online, FLO accesses accounting data through Intuit's QuickBooks Online API under an OAuth 2.0 authorization that we grant to our own application. Depending on the automation or report FLO is running, this may include:
FLO does not collect data from, or make it available to, any party outside Spear One Solutions LLC. No QuickBooks data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively to:
We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to our own accounting operations.
FLO connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed in application code or logs. Only Spear One Solutions LLC personnel have the ability to authorize, reauthorize, or revoke FLO's connection to QuickBooks Online. Access can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online "Manage My Apps" settings.
FLO runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure operated by Spear One Solutions LLC, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Secrets Manager as applicable. OAuth credentials and any cached QuickBooks data are encrypted in transit (TLS) and, where stored, encrypted at rest. Access to these systems is restricted to authorized Spear One Solutions LLC personnel and service accounts.
We retain QuickBooks-derived data only for as long as needed to support the internal workflow that requested it. Cached or intermediate data used for report generation is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary. The underlying source of truth for all accounting data remains QuickBooks Online itself.
No QuickBooks data is shared with any service or party beyond those listed above.
Because FLO operates solely on Spear One Solutions LLC's own QuickBooks Online company data, individual end-user data rights requests (access, correction, deletion) should be directed to the appropriate business contact below. Requests regarding an individual customer's or vendor's data are handled through the underlying QuickBooks Online record.
FLO is an internal business-accounting tool and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, individuals under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
