This Privacy Policy describes how Spear One Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), operating under the brand Team Radar Publications, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our publications, newsletters, websites, and third-party integrations — including our use of the Pinterest API.
Our publications include Team Radar Dispatch, HomeFlow, and other newsletters and digital content published under the Team Radar Publications umbrella.
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we collect:
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or government-issued identification.
Our websites (team-radar.com and associated subdomains) do not use tracking cookies or analytics platforms. We do not build behavioral profiles of website visitors. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on our sign-up forms for bot protection; Cloudflare's privacy policy governs data processed by that service.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, or audience profiling. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Newsletters are delivered via Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES). Amazon processes email delivery on our behalf and is bound by its own data processing agreements. We retain subscriber email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your status is updated to "unsubscribed" and you will not receive further emails from that publication.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately — your record is updated within seconds of clicking the link.
Some of our publications (including HomeFlow) contain affiliate links, primarily through the Amazon Associates Program. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Amazon's privacy policy governs any data collected through those interactions. We disclose affiliate relationships in each publication where they appear.
We use the following third-party services in connection with our publications and websites:
We do not share subscriber personal data (name, email) with any of these services except AWS, which processes it solely for email delivery.
We retain subscriber records (name, email, subscription status) for as long as necessary to manage your subscription or comply with applicable law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your record from our systems within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at james@s1s-ai.com.
Our publications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We store subscriber data in Amazon DynamoDB with access restricted to our publishing systems. Email delivery uses TLS encryption. We do not store credit card numbers or passwords. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we implement reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small publishing operation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our publications or websites after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
